We started in 2016 with a simple rule: inspect before quoting, explain what we find with photos, and never sell a roof someone doesn't need. Plenty of our work is a repair that buys a homeowner five more years, and we say so when that is the right call.
North Idaho roofs work harder than most. Coeur d'Alene designs for a 60 psf ground snow load, the city requires an ice barrier at the eaves, and about a third of local homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s, so their first roofs are reaching the end of a 30-year shingle life. We build every replacement for that climate: tear-off to the deck, ice and water shield, balanced ventilation and snow guards on metal.
We are registered with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, insured, and our installers hold CertainTeed's ShingleMaster credential. See our roofing services or the cities we serve.
