Estimates and Prices
Prices on this website are typical ranges for the Coeur d'Alene area, not offers. Your written estimate, given after an inspection, sets the price for the work it describes.
Who Does the Work
Roofing work is performed by an independent, registered local roofing contractor. The contractor's own written agreement, warranty and payment terms apply to your project, and you will receive them before work starts.
Permits and Codes
Re-roofing permits, inspections and code requirements are handled by the contractor where your city or Kootenai County requires them.
